Abstract

The credit system, as the opposite of the traditional academic year system, has its own idea, culture and theory. In order to ensure its promotion in higher education, it is necessary to achieve a good understanding of the system, to work out a detailed plan and to build up a cultural environment and qualified teaching staff for its implementation.
