To Further Change the Educational Administrative Functions

Abstract

It is pointed out that today's educational administrative functions can not meet the need to build a law-based,service-oriented government with limited power.The strategies to further change the educational administrative functions are put forward: with serving people as its core,the change will take place from the following aspects: strengthen the professionalizing of educational administrative staff;take into consideration of the needs and development of society when doing educational administrative plan;realize the educational administration under rule of law;reinforce the supervision of educational administration.
