Zhu xi and Academies in Northern Parts of Fujian Province in Southern Song Dynasty

Zhu Xi,a great compiler of thoughts on Li studies(rationalistic Confucian philosophical school that developed during the Song and Ming dynasties,known to the West as Neo-confucian)in Southern Song dynasty,initiatively founded three institutes of great influence in northern parts of Fujian province and did a series of eminent lecturing,researching and educating,which prompted the development of institute construction and culture education there.
