Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the parameters' character and sensitivity of CT perfusion in acute cerebral infarction of adults. Methods:Collected 15 cases of acute cerebral infarction. All cases examined with plain CT scan first, then CT perfusion scan, head and neck angiography in 72 hours. Plain CT follow up after one week later. Statistical with t-paired Results:(1)8 cases patchy cerebral infarction were and 7 cases cerebral lacunar infarction were found on CT plain scan. 8 cases patchy cerebral infarction and 2 cases cerebral lacunar infarction were found on CT perfusion. 8 cases main artery narrow or occlusion on angiography.(2)The CT perfusion parameters' average of acute cerebral infarction is:CBV=(3.88±1.57) mL/ 100g,CBF=(21.76±15.79) mL/ 100g/min,MTT=(20.30±17.99) s,TTP=(32.63±10.24) s。(3)The CT perfusion parameters' character of acute cerebral infarction is:CBV and CBF desrease,MTT and TTP prolong,. The sensitivity of perfusion parameters:MTTCBFTTPCBV.Conclusions:The acute cerebral infarction may be early quality diagnosed on CT perfusion. CT perfusion may help early exclude large area infarction in lacunar infarction.
