The Experimental Research on the Physical Education through University Students' Exercise Prescription Teaching Mode

Abstract

Exercise teaching mode should work out a prescription based on the students' mental and physical development,age,and gender characteristics,which will have a positive effect on physical and mental health of the participants.On the basis of the physical constitution of students in Hefei Normal University,this research conducts exercise prescription experiment in sports teaching in order to find out the science and feasibility of specific physical exercise prescription for sports teaching.
