Abstract

The paper introduces the theoretical foundation of industrial transfor mation of coal cities.Based on the investigation and study for coal industry and coal cities in Heilongjiang Province,the article uses the method of empirical study,analyzes the main problems of industrial transformation of coal cities,studies and draws the development strategy of industrial transformation of coal cities.
