Research on new industrial development of coal industry in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract
This paper provides an analysis of the present status and problems of the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province,and highlights the main task facing the new industrial development of the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province,combined with the content of new industrial development.The task consists of increasing the level of coal mining technology,strengthening the application of coal safety technology,propelling development of coal enterprise information,extending the coal industry chain,building coal and electricity base,achieving mine circular economy development,promoting coal industry transition,and perfecting modern enterprise system of large coal collective seven aspects.The paper,based on the empirical evaluation,features the basic way and countermeasures to achieve new industrialization in Heilongjiang Province coal industry.
