The new teachers in university are those who are under 35 in age,have taught for less than 3 years,and have got qualification as a teacher or the primary profession titles.Emphasizing the new teachers' professional development in university is significant to the professional construction of the teaching staff in universities.The new teachers should build up the view of professional development,strengthen their professional consciousness;they should build up the consciousness of self-development and their love and dedication to their job.The university authorities should set effective mechanism for acquiring and upgrading knowledge so as to promote the new teachers to develop in a quicker and better way.
