Abstract

The preparation process of PP-g-AA copolymer is investigated by means of radiation grafting copolymerization, and the effects of temperature, reaction time, monomer concentration, polymerization inhibitor and cross-linking agent on grafting rate are determined. The results show that the grafting rate is increased with the increase of the radiation dosage, while the effect of reaction time on the degree of grafting is different in low and high temperature ranges. The optimal condition is: reaction temperature 65℃,reaction time 3h,monomer dosage 30%,polymerization inhibitor dosage 0.8g DVB dosage 5mL.
