Abstract

Solid phase grafting copolymerization with preirrated polypropylene non-woven fabric as substrate and MMA as the monomer was applied to prepare the graft copolymer. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, monomer concentration, inhibitor and DVB concentration on the degree of grafting were discussed in detail. The results shows that optimum conditions are:temperature 65℃,time 2 h,monomer concentration 20%,DVB concentration 5%,inhibitor 0.3 g,the grafting rate is 6.64% under the conditions.
