Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Ceftazidime combined with enema of Chinese crude drug in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods:54 patients with chonic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received Ceftazidime therapy combined with enema of Chinese crude drug, the control group received antibiotics only. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93%, which was higher than that of control group (78%) significantly(P0.01).Conclusion:Enema of Chinese crude drug can improve the local blood circulation and enhance the concentration of drugs in the chronic pelvic inflammation, which is remarkably effective in curing chronic pelvic inflammation.
