Abstract
Regulation on thesis and dissertation is an important step in graduate education.Detecting the scientific misconduct in thesis and dissertation with software is one of the methods which can be used to cultivate the scientific ethics,constructing scientific integrity and demonstrating academic environment.To support the university authority to make decisions,based on text analysis about detecting scientific misconduct policies of some Chinese universities,and according to the management experience,some shortcomings of the detect system and polices are put forward.The suggestions are reasonable orientating the detect software,improving management on version,rechecking and quotations,and strengthening education on academic rules and scientific integrity.
