Reflection on Scientific Research Evaluation System through Academic Misconduct

Abstract

In recent years,many academic scandals occurred in some universities,and academic misconduct increased sharply.Some experts point out that the cause lies in the scientific research evaluation system which lays too much emphasis on quantitative standards and the problems in implementing process.How to improve scientific research evaluation system is the most urgent problem that we should solve.
