Abstract

Because of the deep reform in state-owned enterprises and the fierce market competition,the Party organization of state-owned enterprises is encountering a challenge.The construction of thoughts and system are necessary links in the construction of grassroots party.This construction is a lengthy and hard project since every system must go through a process from founding to being perfect;and its content and forms must be enriched and developed according to the main task of the Party.
