Abstract

In the new situation,the Party construction of Oilfield enterprises must play the role of political core of the Party organization of enterprises,example of the leading team,vanguard and model of the Party members and ideological work of the Party organization.Integrate the Party construction with production and management practically,try to do the Party construction in the whole course of produce and management to promote production and building harmonious enterprises.
