Using the Spirit of Reform and Innovation to Push ahead the Party Construction in Enterprises

The article expounds the innovation ideas on Party construction in stated-owned enterprises from three aspects, namely,the leadership construction,Party organization and Party members construction,and combating corruption and building a clean government.The author thinks from four aspects to carry out the leadership construction,including theory, capability,style of work,system.Meanwhile,the author also thinks to insist on humanism and take the Party members' main role to establish the work mechanism-Party organization serves Party members,Party organization and Party members serve the masses,keep the overall situation of reform and development,improve the education system,and the carry out the combating corruption and building a clean government system combined with the supervision and punishment,so as to open up the new situation of Party construction in the sated-owned enterprises.
