Abstract

[Objective] With ethanol as extraction solvent, supercritical CO2 extraction of grape seed proanthocyanidins was studied. [Method] Taking single factor test combined with response surface method, the extraction technique for proanthocyanidins from grape seed was optimized. [Result] The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol volume fraction 69. 22%,CO25 L / h,extraction time 62. 82 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 1. 13 g / ml,extraction temperature 55 ℃,extraction pressure 35 MPa. Under the above conditions, the theoretical value of proanthocyanidins in grape seed is 164. 916 mg / kg,the measured value is( 163. 60 ± 0. 93) mg / kg,the purity of proanthocyanidins is 88. 5%.[Conclusion]The study can provide reference and theoretical guidance for promoting comprehensive utilization of grape resource in Xinjiang.
