Abstract

The surface of aluminium matrix and film micro-morphology were observed by roughness measurement,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Effects of chemical polishing time,polishing fluid volume,use frequency and polishing temperature on surface roughness and pore surface morphology were discussed.The results show that the chemical polishing time,polishing fluid volume,use frequency and polishing temperature have different degrees of impact on the surface roughness and pore surface.The best polishing time is 2 min,the ratio of the workpieces' size and polishing fluid volume is 2 cm2∶80 mL,the effect of using polishing solution for 5 times is nearly same,the properate operating temperature is 100~105 ℃.
