Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of serum CA125 and TBA in patients with cirrhosis.Methods:79 cases of patients with cirrhosis were selected as experimental group and divided according to Child-Pugh hepatic function classification.22 healthy people were selected as normal controls.Serum CA125 and TBA were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer. The alteration of CA125 and TBA with hepatic functional classification was investigated. Results:The levels of serum CA125 and TBA of experimental group were markedly higher than those of control group(P 0.01).The levels of serum CA125 and TBA rose gradually with the degree of hepatic functional lesion. Conclusion:Serum CA125 and TBA are positively correlated, they can reflect hepatic synthesis metabolism, evaluate clinical value of treatment and prognosis in patients with cirrhosis.
