Abstract

The focus of constructivism learning theory is student-centeredness,which stresses on student's active exploration,finding and construction of knowledge.Constructivism learning design has six basic elements,i.e.situation,group work,bridge,questioning,presentation and reflection.Their proper application into college English class is helpful for developing student's ability to analyze and solve problem and their creative thinking as well as promoting their autonomy,subjectivity and creativity.
