Abstract

Objective:To determine Determination ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1in Yirenchangtai Capsules by HPLC.Method:The separation was performed on Agilent ZE-C18 column,using methyl cyanide-water(17∶83)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 203 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result:The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 0.4-10.1 μg(r=0.999 6),The linear range of notoginsenoside R1 was 0.1-0.25 μg(r=0.999 6).The average recovery of ginsenoside Rg1 was 99.96%,RSD was 0.25%(n=6).The average recovery of notoginsenoside R1 was 100.03%,RSD was 0.23%(n=6).Conclusion: The method can determine the ginsenoside Rg1and notoginsenoside R1 The method was reliable and accura.
