Abstract
Objective To analyze the contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) manifestations of hepatic hemangioma retrospectively and summarize the characteristics of CEUS manifestations. Methods The contrast pulse sequence(CPS) technique was used to conduct the CEUS examination of 17 patients with hepatic hemangioma(21 lesions) in order to observe the enhanced manifestations in atrial phase, portal vein phase and delayed phase. Results The main manifestations of hepatic hemangioma in CEUS were peripheral cyclic and nodular enhancement in atrial phase or early portal vein phase, chronic centripetal filling in portal vein phase, and largest enhancement in delayed phase.Conclusion Hepatic hemangioma has specific manifestations in the real time contrast-enhanced ultrasound, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
