linical Observation of Cangling Oral Liquid Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Cangling oral liquid combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Method:72 cases of infantile diarrhea were divided into the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases)according to the random table method. The control group was given conventional fasting,intravenous fluids,antiemetic,antiviral,antipyretic,correct water and electrolyte disorders,diet adjustment,oral microecological preparations and other symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was based on the use of cangling oral liquid combined with montmorillonite powder orally. Defecate to restore the nomal time,vomiting disappeared time and the fever disappeared time of two groups were observed.Result:The apparent effective rate of the treatment group was 69.4%,total effective rate was 94.4%,better than 38.9%,75.0% of the control group,there were statistical significance(P0.05);defecate to restore the normal time of the treatment group was(39.33±24.10)hours and the control group was(57.67±29.08)hours,there was statistical significance(P0.05),the vomiting disappeared time and the fever disappeared time of the two groups were no significant differences(P0.05). Conclusion:Cangling oral liquid combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
