Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative efficacy of adding anisodamine for treating diarrhea secondary to infantile pneumo- nia.Methods:206 cases of diarrhea secondary to infantile pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group (n=106) and the control group(n=100).The control group was given routine treatment,Montmorillonite Powder and Mamiai. The treatment group was added anisodamine on the basis of routine therapy. Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.1%,which was significantly higher than 84% of the control group. Stopping diarrhea time and the disease course in the treatment group were obviously shorter compared with the control group. The difference had statistical significance. Conclusion:Adding anisodamine for treating diarrhea secondary to infantile pneumonia has remarkable curative effect and shortens the treatment course without adverse reaction.
