Application of Formative Assessment in Performance Management Case Teaching

Successful case teaching mainly depends on the high-quality dialogue between students,how to promote students' participation in the assessment process of case teaching is the key of achieving the objectives of case teaching.Based on the process design of performance management case teaching,the concept framework of formative assessment is applied,two-level formative assessment systems are developed,to facilitate the students to master the basic methods of case analysis,improve students' abilities of solving performance problems,and provide references for the evaluation of case teaching in economic and management courses.
