Diagnostic value of renal biopsy in children with glomerulonephritis

Abstract

Objective To understand the significance of renal biopsy in children with glomerulonephritis.Methods We use the 1s suction technique of renal biopsy for 49 children with glomerulonephritis patients by ultrasound.Results In these 49 patients,according to etiological factor,Primary glomerular disease is very common and account for 87.75%.The most frequent pathological type is MsPL,and accounts for 36.73%,IgA nephropathy accounts for 28.57%.Conclusion Renal biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis、therapy and evaluating prognosi of children renal disease.
