Abstract
The employment situation of college students in our country influenced by financial crisis on Chinese economy has become more and more serious.In the employment process,college students produced much psychological confusion on employment,such as negative and pessimistic feelings,anxiety and fear,hysteretic employment ideas and inadequate employment preparation and so on.In order to solve college students’ psychological problems and employment conflicts,college students must improve their self-regulation,meanwhile colleges should strengthen the intervene and guidance and our country should enhance macro-control.
