Abstract
Under the influence of the economic crisis,college students employment has become an increasingly serious problem.Employment difficulties have led to a variety of psychological problems in universities,which affect not only the students' employment and their future career development,but also the physical and mental health of college students.Therefore,by the development of career education,we should help the students properly position,strengthen the employment psychological counseling,increase the capacity of psychological adjustment,enhance students career adaptability,develop the social support systems,and construct psychological assistance mechanisms so as to effectively solve the social and psychological problems derived from the employment crisis.
