Analysis and Countermeasures of College Students' Employment Psychological Problems under the New Situation

As college enrollment policy further promotes,after entering the WTO,the employment of the job market competition intensified,making the difficult employment of university students soar.This article mainly analyzes the performance of students' psychological problems in the course of employment,as well as the reason for these problems,and puts forward countermeasures to solve psychological problems of employment,in order to help students form a healthy employment psychology.
