Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of the affected intestinal obstruction. Methods 40 cases of postoperative intestinal obstruction patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given with conventional care, but the observation group received nursing intervention.Eating time, hospitalization time, getting out of bed time and postoperative complications in the two groups were observed. Results Eating time, hospitalization time, getting out of bed time in observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5% vs 20%,P0.05) Conclusion Nursing intervention can promote early rehabilitation in oparated patients with intestinal obstruction.
