Abstract
Objective Explore perioperative nursing intervention operation of esophageal affect prognosis.Methods Will 53 patients with esophageal cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into ordinary care group(control group,n=26) and comprehensive nursing intervention group(the experimental group,n=27).Compare two sets of patients in hospital days,and the postoperative complications.Results The experimental group: aerage hospital(12.5±1.3)days;Postoperative concurrent bedsore in 1.The control group: aerage hospital(15.9±2.4)days,postoperative concurrent lung infection in 2 cases,arrhythmia,1 case bedsore in 1.The experimental group and control group in the length of time the postoperative complications,comparison,P0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can reduce esophageal surgery complications,improve the quality of life.
