Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression of HIF-1α in parotid malignant tumor and its clinical significance.Methods:The expressions of HIF-1α in 48 cases of parotid malignant tumor,30 cases of parotid Benign tumor and 15 cases of normal parotid tissue were detected by the immunohistochemitry S-P method.Results:The positive rate of the HIF-1α expression in parotid malignant tumor was 75.00%,with a significant difference compared with control group(P0.05);The positive expression of HIF-1α was closely correlation clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of HIF-1α in parotid malignant tumor,may be closely related to the biological behavior of the tumor.
