Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of thoracic trauma measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 65 patients.Results Among the 65 cases,62 cases were cured (95.38%),3 cases died (4.62%).Cause of death:direct died of chest trauma hemorrhage1 cases died,1 cases died of chest trauma combined with ARDS.Combined head injury death in 1 cases.Conclusion The most complicated injury severity at admission,many critically ill,first of all to early diagnosis,maintain respiratory tract unobstructed,effective anti-shock treatment,active treatment of pulmonary contusion,can significantly improve the success rate of rescue.
