Utilization Review of Antibiotics in this Hospital of I/II Incision Surgery

Objective To investigate the status of surgical Ⅰ/Ⅱ surgical incision of antibiotics usage and problems. Methods Randomly selected 20 medical records of each department,a total of 220 copies,according to patient age,gender,duration of hospitalization,antibiotics,and other aspects to treatment after drug time,statistical analysis. Results A total of 220 patient records using antibiotics 353 times,an average of 1. 6 per person. Preoperative ≥ 2H administration in 61 cases( 27. 7%),preoperative administration of 0. 5 ~ 2h( 21. 4%),47 cases without preoperative administration of 112 cases( 50. 9%). Postoperative administration days 10 2D cases,( 4. 6%),120 2 ~ 7d cases( 54. 5%),more than 7 days in 90 cases( 40. 9%). The total number of 1916d antibiotic use,with an average of 8. 7d /. Conclusion The existence of antibiotics,surgical timing of preoperative administration of inappropriate use of antibiotics after a long time,use of antibiotics in higher-end,non-susceptibility testing,inappropriate drug use and other issues,the hospital surgery should be promulgated by the Office of the Ministry of Health 2009( 38 No.) file,standardize the rational use of antibiotics.
