Abstract
Hepatic stellate cells(HSC)is the key to the development of liver fibrosis cells, and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1)is the main factor to promote the activation of HSC and the synthesis of extracellular matrix(ECM).In the process of liver fibrosis, the signal transduction of TGF-β1/Smad plays an important role on the HSC.TGF-β1/Smad-depth study of signal transduction pathway may be further elaborated in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis, and provide a new way to keep out hepatic fibrosis.
