Abstract
Objective To study the changes of platelet count (PLT)、mean platelet volume (MPV)、Platelet hematocrit (PCT)、Platelet distribution width (PDW) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The parameters of blood platelet (PLT、MPV、PCT、PDW) were detected in 369 patients with acute cerebral infarction and compared with the control group (126 persons with good health). Results PLT and PCT in acute cerebral infarction were obviously higher than in control group、while PLT was lower than in control group. There were significant differences in all resulte (P0.05).Conclusions Platelet plays a very important role in forming thrombosis. It is clinically significant to do PLT、PCT、MPV in prevention treatment and prognosis judgement of acute cerebral infarction.
