Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the changes and D-dlmer in patients with acute cerebral infarction. METHOD Platelet parameters (PLT,MPV,PDW and P-LCR) were detected with SYSMEX completely-automatic blood analyzer The levels of plasma flbrinogen and D- dlmer in 96 cases of acute cerebral infarction and 30 healthy people were detected with Clauss method and immunoturbidimetry method, respectively. RESULTS Compared with controlgroup, acute cerebral infarction group had significantly higher levels of MPV, PDW and P-LCR (P0.05); lower levels of PLT (P0.05) .The levels of plasma flbrinogen and D-dlmer in acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). CONCLUSION The four platelet parameters (PLT、 MPV、 PDW and P-LCR) and plasma flbrinogen and D-dlmer are useful for the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
