Priliminary Study on Extraction Process of Chelidonium majus L

To optimize the extraction process of Chelidonium majus L,the study was carrid out through orthogonal experimental design with the alkaloids as the guide 3 influencial factors including alcohol concentration dosage,extraction times and lasting time were studied for the influence of the extraction process of Chelidonium majus L.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction were A 2B 2C 2,extracted with 6 times amount of 80% alcohol for 2 times,2 h each time.The optimal process was provied to be better than the extraction process of acid.
