Abstract

Objective To see about the best extractive method for Chelidonium majus L.Method 1.By using the orthogonal tests,to optimize the optimum ethanol extraction process for Chelidonium majus L.2.Establish the method of HPLC for the determination of the content of Chelerythrine.Result The best extractive method of Chelidonium majus L was A3B2C1D3,extracted with 6 times amount of 95% alcohol(with 0.50%HCl) and 1.5 hours.Conclusion Extract Chelidonium majus L.by this method can get a good result.
