Industrial restructuring is the primary means to achieve Goose current development,we use shift-share model to reverse the current situation in Shanxi Province in recent years,the share of industrial restructuring is analyzed and the data analysis conclusions and comparative analysis of the country,according to the obtained variable from the structural competitiveness of the industrial structure adjustment in Shanxi factors affect economic growth time series econometric analysis, obtained the degree of deviation from the three industries in different variables and make policy recommendations.
