Abstract
By constructing the evaluation index system of economic growth quality,the paper established the relationship model between the industrial structure change and economic growth quality using principal component analysis method, and analyzed their actual situation from 2000 to 2011 in Jiangsu province,thinking that the industrial structure change of agriculture has the most useful effect on the economic growth quality in Jiangsu province,followed by the modern service industry with the research of the regional industrial structure change and economic growth quality. Hoping this conclusion has reference significance for the optimization of the industrial structure to further improve the quality of economic growth in Jiangsu province.
