Abstract
This article constructs a three-level enterprise integrated performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard(BSC).Analytic Network Process(ANP)is employed to evaluate enterprise performance according to the cause-effect chain of BSC,which takes into account the relations of enterprise integrated performance evaluation indexes, and manifests the influence among the indexes.Data from a department are used to demonstrate the way to evaluate the performance using SD software.
