Minimally Invasive Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage 68 cases

Objective To analyze the minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage methods and clinical results.Methods January 2007 ～ January 2010 in our hospital 68 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,underwent head CT,crushed by a one-time minimal-ly invasive intracranial hematoma puncture needle puncture target hematoma by aspiration,crushing,washing,liquefaction,drainage and other treatment.Results The survival of 58 patients,10 died,mortality rate 14.7%(10 /68);surviving patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months after the recovery: I Grade of 36 cases;Ⅱ grade 19 cases;Ⅲ grade 10 cases;Ⅳ grade 3 cases;no vegetative state.Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is safe and easy,especially for patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce the mortality and mor-bidity,improve quality of life,shorten the course,is a relatively safe and effective method.
