Repair Treatment of Molar Residual Root

Objective To explore the method of preserving molar residual root which using the split cast-post- core and crown or bridge. Methods 15 molar residual roots after excellent root canal therapy had been reconstructed by the split cast-post- core and crown or bridge.Results After 1 to 3 years of clinical inspecting,the prosthesis works well.Conclusion Molar residual roots after excellent root canal therapy can be satisfied fixed.
