The Status and Thinking of Human Capital Accumulation in Education Development

Abstract

Human capital is the integrated embodiment of national quality,and human capital accumulation has a strong relationship with education development.The education development,promotes the development of human resources,increase the human capital,thus to promote the economic development,and the economic development provides financial and material resources to education development.Therefore,there is a relationship of promoting each other between education development and human capital accumulation.This paper aims at analysing the status and reasons of human capital accumulation in education development,puts forward effective ways of human capital accumulation in education development from perspectives like enlarging basic education investment,changing ideology and strengthening the supervision to education administrative subject.
