Abstract

The theory of human capital is being focused on by more and more scholars.In this paper,the author briefly introduces main idea of the theory of human capitaland human capital investment's contributions to economic growth.The key to Chinese modernization is formation and accumulation of human capital.Due to shortage of education institution,human capital in China has many contradictions and problems.Thus,we should further transformation of education institution and to accelerate accumulation of human capital.
