Abstract
Objective:An ICP-MS method for the determination of Beryllium in the air of workplace was developed. Methods:Filter Membrane was digested in nitric acid and the content of beryllium was determined by ICP-MS.The linear correlation coefficient, the detection limit, the precision and the recovery were stuidied. Results:In 0 μg/L~50 μg/L range the linear correlation coefficient was 1.0000,the detection limit was 0.0096 μg/L,the RSD was1.7% and the recovery of the direct dilution method was 99.0%~101%.Conclusion:Determination of Beryllium in the air of workplace by ICP-MS was an effective method for its high sensitivity, fine reproducibility, rapidity and accuracy.
