Abstract
The minichromosome maintenance proteins(MCMs)are extensive existenced and conserved throughout archae to eukaryotic cells.MCM2~7 proteins are related to each other and form hexamer, functioning in the replication as DNA helicases at the initiation step and elongation step,to ensure the DNA precisely duplicated and segregated into two copies.MCM8 has helicases activity with normal function replication fork and the function of MCM9 is unknown.MCM1 and MCM10 are not related to MCM family but also function in DNA synthsis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
