The clinical observation of trimetazidine joint shenmai injection treatment of viral myocarditis

Objective To observe the curative effect of trimetazidine joint shenmai injection treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods 66 Cases of Acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,33 cases. The two groups were given bed rest,intravenous infusion of large doses of Vitamin C,Polarized liquid,1,6- Diphosphate, Salvia,and symptomatic and supportive treatment for 2 weeks.Followed by oral administration of Coenzyme Q_(10),Vitamin C and CSDP 2 weeks.The treatment group based on this adds with Trimetazidine 20mg Tid,for 4 weeks and.Shenmai 40 ml +5%glucose or normal saline 250 ml,intravenously once a day for 2 weeks.Results The effectiveness of the treatment group was 93.9%,69.7%in control group,the difference is remarkable(P0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of trimetazidine joint shenmai injection treatment of viral myocarditis was superior and remarkable safety.
