Abstract

Objective:To look for an effective drug in the treatment of acute virus myocarditis.Method:40 patients of acute virus myocarditis were divided into two groups randomly:Shenmai group in which Shenmai injection was used and contrast group in which CIK and Vitamin C were used. Then the plasma ANP level before and after treatment were measured.Result:The plasma ANP level after treatment in both groups were raised. But compared with the contrast group, the ANP level in Shenmai group raised much more quickly and significantly after treatment (P 0.01 ).Conclusion:Shenmai injection can decrease the injury of myocardium and promote the recovery of myocytic structure and function. It can be regarded as a reliable method and the first choice drug in the treatment of acute virus myocarditis.
